we waited forever for someone to show up behind the counter, almost walked out twice. but once this guy named chris finally helped us he was really patient and walked us through every stupid plan option. i had a ton of questions about getting my number transferred and he actually explained everything instead of rushing me through it. phones we looked at were decent for the price, nothing fancy but solid enough. ended up getting a deal that was way cheaper than what I thought i'd pay. im coming back here when my kid needs a new phone.
