I'm so happy to see Kathy here. She has always helped me at the other store no matter how small of an issue I had.I came by this location since the one in Youngtown closed a fewdays ago, and someone else was here didn't catch her name but she was rude and wasn't willing to help me. But I needed help and I came today and when I saw Kathy I new she'd fix my phone like she always did.

Sad that the store in Youngtown closed that was my home store but I'm so happy to see Kathy at this location made me feel happy seeing a familiar face she's been a great help. Keep her Boost she's amazing
