They figured it out quickly, explained everything clearly, and got my phone working again in no time. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, and they treated me with kindness and respect the whole time. Saeed, dude bro man the amount of Google reviews in your favor are impossible not to notice and dauntingly impressive! It's funny how the two of you got to witness me being so assertive and slightly disingenuous over the phone. Occupationally, I teach store level employees how to deliver the best guest experience and to create a memorable moment. You have that organically and it's something that cannot be taught, if I didn't live here I would write home about it. It's kind of like returning home for the holidays actually, you take that first step onto a familiar floor and with such hurry you immediately feel at ease.
