I came to the store with a problem I am having with verizon. I explained the lady over ther clearly on what my problem is. She heard everything patiently and understood what I'm trying to say. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.
She went beyond her limits to help me with and took care of me. I used to pay98$ per month for Verizon even though I paid off my phone. God knows WHY!!!
So when I came her I asked the lady named Baru all the plans. she explained clearly. And you know what I pay only 50$ every month and the phone is free and fully paid off.
