I visited BoostMobile on Nova Road in Holly Hill (Daytona Beach)this past Sunday. My experience was absolutely wonderful. The sales associate Matthew handled my upgrade on my phone. He worked with me for at least an hour and a half getting everything transferred over from one phone to the other. He was absolutely delightful to talk to. Very informative and very interesting young man. It’s a shame he only works there on Sundays because I would continue to go back when I needed help or needed other products and services. If memory serves me correctly, I think he works at Palm Coast during the week, please don’t quote me on this because I really don’t remember the exact location but he is in Holly Hill on Sundays. if anybody has the opportunity and needs assistance at BoostMobile please see Matthew on Sundays. We need more sales associates like him in the retail field. There was nothing phony about him. He was very genuine and I totally enjoyed my time with him in the store. Matthew, if you see this thank you again for everything that you did for me, you made it so easy upgrading my iPhone 11 to iPhone 16E.
