I will recommend this location for the rest of my life as long as Gael is still there. Gael is so professional he deserves a higher position and a raise. I came in furious because I had been paying for apple care for going on to 2 years. My phone went out completely 3 days ago. I called boost customer service and even went to the boost store on Sample. All told me to go to apple. Apple wanted $200 more to replace. I tried other options, like going to a repair store. Everyone wanted to deceive me. I felt hopeless and decided I’m goin to switch carriers and go to MetroPCS since they had an offer for $90 if you switch your number to theirs and you get a Samsung. The rep from Metro seemed like he cared less. Said you have to get your account number and transfer pin and moved on to his next customer. I get to this boost store, very frustrated, angry and just about done with it all. Gael noticed it and handled everything VERY professionally. As if he were a professional therapist. He didn’t try to sell me anything, he didn’t try to give me a simple answer and moved on. He actually took his time and asked me questions to get to the bottom of everything. He figured it out. Noticed I’ve been with Boost for 7 yrs. He could’ve made me an offer first but instead he got Boost customer service on the line. They made an offer that was very great and if I had the ability to wait for the phone I would’ve gone with it. Gael, did not push for a sale. He told me if I needed a moment by all means. He empathized, he didn’t become argumentative. He just calmly and patiently handled the process and found me the greatest solution. This guy is one of the best Boost Mobile reps I’ve ever dealt with. There are great reps don’t get me wrong. But not as professional and as knowledgeable as he is and if Boost took the time to allow Gael to be part of the boost culture and get him in the training field. I feel other reps would learn a lot from him and become better sales reps and professional customer service reps. Which in turn will keep a lot of repeat customers in the future.
