This Boost Mobile store was amazing! The customer service was excellent, the store was clean and welcoming, and the service was incredibly fast. The guys had my new phone set up in about 10 minutes.
I was transferring my number from Metro, and they quickly got my account information by logging into the computer. At another Boost store, I had waited over an hour while the employee kept calling different departments but still couldn't access my information. She eventually told me I'd have to get a new phone number. When I agreed, the price ended up being more than double what I was expecting.
I'm so glad I came to this location instead. They made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend!
