Hi my name is Kasandra and I had the pleasure of meeting one of your associates name Evelyn whom showed awesome hospitality and great customer service, very warm and caring I am interested in Xfinity prepaid but you don’t offer it in Villa Rica or Mirror Lake area is there any way you could service the area

I visited this Boost Store on South Marietta pkwy and was helped by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Evelyn. She was as kind as ever in a day & time when customer service is hard to find anymore. She went out of her way to explain things to me and compare the 3 phones I was interested in. I had not made up my mind about which phone I wanted or if I was going to purchase it at that time. She had another customer come in to pay a phone bill and heard her say “No I am technically closed. I’m still helping a customer so I can still take your payment” I then realized I had held Evelyn up already 30 mins past the time she was to close the store and go home. When that person left I couldn’t just thank her and walk out as kind as she was to me. So I purchased a phone. She told me to come back today or anytime or I could call her if I have any problems. Thanks again Evelyn. You were wonderful and aside from still figuring out the phone it’s good so far. I appreciate you.
