I went in yesterday to get a new plan and phone for my husband. I was helped by a wonderful woman who I believe was Kristi. She is very good at her job! You can tell she genuinely cares and enjoys supplying people with things they truly need. Before we came in, some people were giving her a hard time over a corporate rule. She handled it really well and I was very impressed. She has a great ability to connect with her customers and make them feel welcome. I am glad I chose this location. We need more people like her in this world!
