Boostmobile, Shout Out! Yawl, my cell phone started to act strange. When I wanted to turn it on, power off and restart came up...And I tried to Reboot it about seven or eight times, no change. Called Samsung, they gave Instructions to Reboot, I thought, Ok.. Called, boostmobile and they wanted this or that, I got frustrated. Because I could not get into the phone to give them anything. I called O'Fallon Illinois, Boostmobile. And I got, Genuis, Ms. May. I told her my Dilema, and she told me exactly what to do. Guess what?
