Lindsay was extremely helpful I got a new phone through my insurance on my plan apple care sent me a locked iPhone and she went over and beyond to help she even went to Best Buy with me to get apple to correct there mistake the whole process was a headache but she did everything she could to make it right……. Great customer service

Lindsay was so helpful when I came in. She fixed my phone got me a tablet and all set up! She’s by far the best employee Springfield has for boost and she is the only one I will go to for any needs or wants at boost. She deserves a raise! Empathetic and can multitask like no other!

Boost is a Good phone service n has great Home internet service and when yhu go in the store either on Dirksen or Wabash yhu feel welcomed and thanks to Ms Beckworth I left happy Thanks Guys
