I just switched from T-Mobile to the BOOST Mobile Store in Marlborough. Luis was very helpful in doing my transfer. I was having difficulty as T-Mobile stopped sending me my bill & wanted me to pay over the phone. When I joined initially they told me they accepted personal checks but recently said they were stopping & refused to send me my tangible bill. I told them my identity had been stolen that way before & I wouldn’t do it & they said they “understood” but insisted I had to pay by phone anyway! Well, no I don’t!
Now I can go into the BOOST store each month & pay less than half of what T-Mobile charged me at my convenience. Thank you Luis!
