Kasey is the absolute BEST!!! LOVE BOOST!!! My grandmother wanted to switch her service from US Cellular/ T-Mobile to Boost. We arrived on a Friday evening thinking it would be a quick/simple process. He told me what I needed to have in order to switch. We got the info and headed to boost which turned into 4 days (working with Kasey) but really a week trying to get switched over. Somehow when the merger happened, they turned the personal account into a business act or had two accounts for one number, IDK but things were really messed up. Kasey was on board and said he'd help do whatever we wanted to do. Try to keep the 25+ yr old number or get a new number. NOT one time did he push us into just giving up and getting a new number. He offered it, we declined and he went right to work on trying to figure out the problem. We stuck it out and, in the end, we were able to salvage the number, YAY! and my grandma couldn't be happier. Kasey is the man for the job! If you're thinking of switching to boost, I HIGHLY recommend him! You won't be disappointed!
