Paula is the best customer service agent I've ever been in contact with. I switched to boost from Metro because of her! She has not only help my husband and I but she helped my father in-law with his phone and my mom with hers she goes above and beyond for her customers especially if they treat her right. She took my phone bill from $300 and cut it in half when we switched with her to boost. Anyone looking to switch make sure you definitely go to her.
