One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I went in to switch from Verizon after being with them forever. My boyfriend has Boost and has great service while Verizon has been slipping. Outages, reception, dead zones up North, glitches after every update, especially the latest one, and my bill was creeping up to currently $94 a month for one phone that has been paid off for years. Boost is $25 a month for life, no contract. I kept my existing phone for now and Joseph did the transfer for me seamlessly! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! My phone is working perfectly. He even looked into my phone to see why I may be having issues and showed me what to look for. He is one of the nicest people you will meet. Calm and conscientious. I didn't know Dish owns Boost. They use the Dish Network, T-mobil or AT&T towers. I now get 5G in my house. With Verizon it was hit or miss and we have a tower at the end of our street! I dreaded switching because my phone is also my lifeline for my business. I am so glad I did. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Ill be saving about $70 a month!!
