Went in to get a new phone and the process was great! Yueisy was very nice and so helpful!

Despite low staff and small location this has to be the best Boost Mobile Store all thanks to Nad! I had an issue with my phone swap that turned out to be a bigger issue! Nad was very helpful and patience with me at the same time while we were waiting on the line, we had a noisy crowd I could hardly hear what the assistant on the phone said but Nad made sure he heard things clear and gave me updates. We went through 2 agents who still didn't get my issue resolve so we were able to get someone higher to get my issue resolved. While we waited he also assisted other customers with care and professionally handled with satisfactory. 100/100 would go back again!

Thank you to NAD for helping me get a new SIM card! Yesterday, someone must have stolen my SIM card. Of course, I couldn’t LIVE or WORK today without my phone. I was in tears when I went to Boost, but Nad just worked so fast and efficiently, coordinating calls with all kinds of people to get the process done to fix me up! Now I can sleep tonight! THANK YOU, NAD!!!
