I stopped in the store today with my brother-in-law to look at upgrades for our phones. I Wanted to give a big shout-out to Chasity who was working today. She is absolutely amazing she created such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Very friendly very patient and not only that she was able to serve me and other customers with only herself there working, not to mention the speed and accuracy and which she got things done. We upgraded our phones to the new Samsung Galaxy a27 which I am very happy with and we got a free screen protectors and phone cases with our upgrades. Which was a really cool bonus. I tell you employees like Chasity really set the bar high when it comes to Great customer service! If only all businesses had employees like her! She is truly an asset to this company!
