We wanted to get rid of our Cox mobile phone because it was an extra expense we didn't want anymore and we came over to Boost mobile because we wanted to get on Boost mobile Internet and we were helped tremendously by Maria who helped us get rid of our extra expense and she also got us in contact with a very helpful person from Cox who was able to get us a reasonable price for internet. Maria was very helpful and noticed some unprofessional behavior from a Cox employee, as she stepped in to make sure we wouldn't be taken advantage of for not knowing any better. If you ever have issues with boost mobile or need a helping hand Maria is the one to do that. She has helped us more than any other boost mobile employee we've met at this location. I hope she stays at this location for the long run because I know if I or anyone has a problem she is the one who will gladly help out to make sure the problem is resolved.
