Avery at Boost Mobile is amazing! My phone screen was really cracked, and I needed a new phone because mine was already in bad shape. He offered to repair the screen and told me about the 16e I got it he made the whole process quick and easy. He’s honest, funny, and really cares about helping his customers. My sister also got a speaker from him great deal she loves it a baseball speaker After I got home, I realized my internet wasn’t working because I already had T-Mobile home internet and forgot to mention it. I was really frustrated, but when I called Avery, he reassured me and told me about there internet with cox He even had me come back right before closing and took the time to help me. I ended up getting internet through Cox, and when setup didn’t work right away, he didn’t just leave me stuck he made sure a technician came out the next morning, and everything got handled. That kind of customer service is hard to find. He really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
