My daughter needed a new phone and signed up with Boost to get the phone she wanted. The associate, Nelson, was very informative and helpful. He walked us through the process of getting the new phone and even helped us activate the phone once the new phone was received. In our opinion he went above and beyond in making sure my daughter was comfortable with the plan and satisfied with the activation. I know there are other locations, but this is the location we highly recommend.
