Cristina was extremely professional and helpful l am very satisfied with the customer service. She went out of her way to make sure l understood everything and that l was 100% satisfied. I was offered an upgrade in Midland last month but refused because I couldn't understand the lady. I was passing by and decided to check on the upgrade and l am glad l did.lam100% plus satisfied. If and whenever l have an issues l will definitely come to this store. Not to mention l live in Gardendale so l can go either Midland or Odessa which my last phone Mireya helped me with it and the service was also excellent. I used to try to find Mireya but no luck.Again l am glad l stopped by TODAY.
