Jon was extremely professional and proficient! I had a less than stellar experience at the other location, which is 3 blocks from my house. While the young lady there was nice, I waited 17 minutes for her to return to the store, and then another 10 minutes while she attempted to reach her supervisor to answer questions in order to assist me. She asked if I could return later, as she was not getting a reply from her supervisor.
So, I drove to the Southwest Parkway location, and Jon proved to be knowledgeable and aware of my need for expediency. It was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you, Jon!!
