Had to stop by the store today to get a sim card for a older S20. Hands down the best experience I've had in a cell shop. Instead of the dread I've always experienced, we had a blast. Got everything done in a timely manner had good conversation and an amazing experience. I was in the research phase of upgrading my phone waiting on the pixel 11 or getting a 26 ultra. She informed me I was eligible for an upgrade. They had a killer deal on the 26 ultra but they were out of stock. End up getting the S25 Fe. As I really don't need the all the bells and whistles at the moment. They were out of stock as well. She took the time to check inventory at another store and they had in in stock 15 minutes away. They got everything set up for me to pick up the device. 6/5 stars. 11/10. Would definitely shop with them again
