I want to give a massive thank you to the gentleman working at the Boost Mobile store in Henrico! He went completely above and beyond for me. I came in twice in a total panic after accidentally deleting my eSIM—the first time while setting up a temporary loaner phone, and again today right before a critical meeting. Both times, he handled everything with incredible patience and expertise. Today, he had me reconnected in under 10 minutes! On top of fixing my eSIM, he walked me through resetting my settings so I could safely regain access to my account. His exceptional customer service, speed, and focus on account security were amazing. Boost Mobile is truly lucky to have him on their team!
