I was treated with so much respect and care after a horrific experience elsewhere and I cannot say enough about the customer support here the two guys on staff were just amazing and I will never go to any other boost store as long as I live!!!

A man named José works at this store, he sets the standard for the master class of customer service. If ever I need anything else I will be happily returning.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Worked with Jesus a couple of times. Sold me a new phone, exactly what I was looking for. Helpful, knowledgeable. Explained all the features without being too technical or condescending.

I came in needing a new phone and the guy Jesus was extremely helpful getting me into a new phone, and helpful and patient helping me understand the new features (I'm old). I would buy again from him again, although I hope it's a long time from now.
