Ben, I mean NATHAN went above and beyond for my mom today.. She was switching from a different carrier Who was giving her great difficulty, Trying to get the information she needed & he was not only very professional, but also extremely helpful, patient and kind.. Her current phone is completely broken & so she has been without any type of internet or phone service for over a week...She is also disabled, and it is very unsafe for her to be in that situation.. In recent years, her disability has made driving increasingly difficult for her & therefore it is has also been very challenging trying to get her places. Had Nathan not stayed late to help her today, it would likely have been another week or 2 without any type of service.... Nathan DEFINITELY deserves a raise...I am not sure, what his current wage is, However, I am sure that he deserves one :D... May God Bless him infinitely 💙🙏💙
